2025年6月27日，元绪禤氏（成都）联营律师事务所携手喀麦隆在华留学生协会四川分会，共同举办了一带一路背景下涉外法律实务专题讲座。来自喀麦隆、尼日利亚、肯尼亚、巴基斯坦、越南等七个国家的四十余名留学生代表齐聚元绪禤氏律所，展开了一场深度法律对话。
On June 27, 2025, Yuan Xu Huen & Partners Alliance Law Firm (Chengdu) collaborated with the Cameroonian Students Association in China(Sichuan Branch） to host a special lecture on foreign-related legal practice under the Belt and Road Initiative. More than forty student representatives from seven countries, including Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, Pakistan, and Vietnam, gathered at Yuan Xu Huen & Partners Alliance Law Firm for an in-depth legal dialogue.
在元绪高级合伙人、元绪禤氏联营所主任李霜怡，以及元绪高级合伙人、元绪禤氏联营所副主任许泽的带领下，留学生一行首先参观了元绪律师事务所及元绪禤氏（成都）联营律师事务所的办公环境。通过讲解，留学生一行了解了两家律师事务所的发展概况、跨境业务特色及国际合作情况，展示了其在法律服务领域的专业实力和国际化视野。
Guided by Li Shuangyi, Senior Partner and Director of Yuan Xu Huen & Partners Alliance Law Firm and Xu Ze, Senior Partner and Deputy Director of Yuan Xu Huen & Partners Alliance Law Firm, the visiting international students first toured the offices of Yuan Xu Law Firm and Yuan Xu Huen & Partners Alliance Law Firm. Through explanations, the students gained an understanding of the development profiles, cross-border business specialties, and international cooperation of both firms, showcasing their professional strength and global perspective in the legal services field.
参观结束后，喀麦隆在华留学生协会四川分会首席法律顾问许泽律师代表元绪及元绪禤氏律所向参加活动的各国留学生代表表达了诚挚欢迎。随后许律师以《How to start a business in China》为题，深入浅出地讲解了外国人及外资企业在中国创业所需遵循的法律法规、政策支持以及相关流程，为毕业后有志于在中国开展商业活动的外国留学生提供了有价值的指导和建议。
Following the tour, Lawyer Xu Ze, Chief Legal Advisor of the Cameroonian Students Association in China(Sichuan Branch）, extended a warm welcome to the student representatives on behalf of Yuan Xu Huen & Partners Alliance Law Firm. Lawyer Xu then delivered a presentation titled "How to Start a Business in China." He explained, in an accessible manner, the laws and regulations, policy support, and relevant procedures required for foreigners and foreign enterprises to start businesses in China, providing valuable guidance and advice for international students aspiring to engage in commercial activities in China after graduation.
随后，李霜怡律师为留学生们带来了题为《Working and Staying Legally in China: Visa and Employment Guide》的专题讲座。李律师从签证申请、就业政策、劳动权益保障等多个方面进行了详细解读，帮助外国留学生更好地了解在中国合法工作和居留的相关要求，为他们在华的学习和生活提供了有力的法律支持。
Subsequently, Lawyer Li Shuangyi presented a special lecture titled "Working and Staying Legally in China: Visa and Employment Guide." Lawyer Li provided detailed explanations on various aspects, including visa applications, employment policies, and labor rights protection. This helped the international students better understand the requirements for legally working and residing in China, offering strong legal support for their studies and life in the country.
讲座结束后，留学生一行与两位主讲律师进行了自由交流与互动答疑。留学生一行积极提问，就各自关心的法律问题进行深入探讨；两位律师耐心解答，分享了宝贵的法律实务经验和见解。现场气氛热烈，交流互动频繁，进一步促进了双方之间的沟通与理解。
After the lectures, the students engaged in free discussion and interactive Q&A sessions with the two presenting lawyers. The students actively asked questions and explored legal issues of personal concern, while the lawyers patiently answered, sharing valuable practical legal experience and insights. The atmosphere was lively, with frequent interactions, further promoting communication and mutual understanding.
